This book is like a little piece of everyone’s childhood. From fruity pebble meringues to tang toast, mixing cool whip with jam, and even wrapping Hershey kisses in a ring of dough. While the sophisticated culinary side of me wasn’t too sure about some of the recipes, the other side of me was like this has to be good! It includes recipes for bonfires, sleepovers, and even “weak” nights when there’s not a lot of time to cook. I loved the fun whimsical feel to this book. Even the endpapers featured sprinkle covered cookie bars. I think this is a book I will end up using in the future when I want to feel like a little kid again.
